On 23rd February, St Hildeburgh’s church hosted a cake sale after Sunday service in aid of the charities they support including, The Charles Thompson Mission and the RNLI.
Funeral Director and star baker Tina Morris once again provided homemade cakes for the event even enlisting the help of her children and grandchildren who helped to make and decorate the cakes as well as buying cakes donated by others to raise funds.
Tina said:’ it is a must to participate in these events, says she with a smile on her face. I mean who doesn’t like cake? ‘I will also be assisting at the singing café on 19th March so more baking in store for me.
