Quinns Funeral Directors in Hoylake is on Market Street.
We can help plan services for many different cultures and faiths, as well as those with no religious beliefs.
The funeral home has free on the street parking if you are arriving by car however the council are bringing in charges later this year, please check before you travel. There is on the street free parking at the rear of the building. We are a 5 minute walk from Hoylake Train Station. Our closest bus stop is Hoylake Station Bus Stop. Buses in Hoylake serve West Kirby, Wallasey Village, Eastham Ferry, Liverpool, Meols, Moreton, Bidston and Birkenhead.
Our funeral home is not accessible for those in wheelchairs. If you require an accessible branch, please visit our Greasby branch. We do have a disabled toilet. If you require one, please visit our Greasby branch. We are happy to arrange a home visit if you prefer.
We have two private chapels of rest to enable families to spend time with their loved ones.
The building Quinns is located in has been a part of the retail scene since the late 1800’s. The premises are about 350 yards from the King Gap. In 1690, King William III (William of Orange) set sail from Hoylake, with a 10,000-strong army for Ireland, where his army took part in the Battle of the Boyne. The location of his departure remains known as King’s Gap.
