Thank you so much to Quinn’s in Greasby, especially Stuart. Stuart was very quickly able to gauge the family and understood he could inject a sense of humour when making plans. (Even if he did make me sit in a coffee table 😂). Quinn’s quickly adapted to changes I made including a very last minute change to record the service due family illness. They looked after my mum with such care and compassion and I couldn’t have asked for anymore. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful day into a beautiful day.

Quinns were very helpful as we were dealing with the funeral of an elderly gentleman with no known family. They went out of their way to find out about where his parents ashes were scattered so his could be place with them. They were professional and considerate throughout the whole process.

Thank you to Quinns at Hoylake for handling Mum's funeral. Empathy and care was evident throughout and nothing was too much trouble. Not having had to arrange a funeral before we felt greatly supported, especially by Tina, who was very helpful, offering advice and suggestions when we needed them.

We can’t fault the care and attention given to us and our loved one when Quinn’s looked after his funeral arrangements. Everything was managed with supreme sensitivity and efficiency. On the day of the funeral, the team looked after our family brilliantly, even offering ice cold water as there was a heatwave. We wouldn’t hesitate to go to Quinn’s again in the future and would recommend them to anyone.
